Product Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage

This product includes a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. If the hair dryer exhibits manufacturing or quality defects during this period, we will provide free repair or replacement.

• Non-covered Damage: Damage resulting from incorrect or irregular use is not covered.

• Out-of-Warranty Repairs: Damaged parts may be replaced with new components at cost price.

• Property: Any replaced units or parts become our property.

• Documentation: We do not re-issue purchase invoices or warranty cards. Please keep your original documents in a safe place.

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty service or returns may be denied in the following cases:

• Damage caused by force majeure or unpredictable events (e.g., fires, earthquakes, or floods).

• Failures due to negligence, misuse, or abnormal operation.

• Damage from unauthorized disassembly or improper storage (e.g., exposure to liquids or rodents).

• Damage caused by forced use outside of the recommended environment.

• Voltage Errors: Damage caused by connecting the hair dryer to an electrical current other than the one specified for your model (110V or 220V). We are not responsible for, and will not offer exchanges or refunds for, damage resulting from incorrect voltage connection.

• Damage caused by any other circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of this hair dryer (including loss of profits, business interruption, replacement costs, or third-party claims). Liability for accidental events shall be governed by applicable laws.
